Hey, I'mDylan.

I've been around church my whole life, and I'm grateful to spend mine helping students know God and find their place in His story.

MY STORY

I believe the next generation deserves people who show up.

I grew up in Florida, and church was always a part of my life. As a student in youth ministry, I began leading worship. Somewhere along the way, what started as simply serving became a deep love for helping people encounter God.

I learned early that a church can be more than a place people attend. It can be a place where people are known, where their faith becomes real, and where they discover they are part of something bigger than themselves.

A CALLING I COULDN'T SHAKE

At 18, I stepped into full-time ministry.

I didn't have every answer, but I knew God had put a love for students in me. I wanted to help them take faith seriously, ask honest questions, and see that they were not alone.

That calling has only grown. Today, I serve as the Student Pastor at Open Door Church, where I get to walk with students, families, and leaders as they learn what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.

THE WORK IN FRONT OF ME

Helping students know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.

That's the heart behind the work I do. It is why I write, why I build The Student Archive, and why I care so much about making practical tools available to the people who lead students.

More than anything, I hope students leave knowing they are seen, loved, and called. A real relationship with God changes things, and I'm grateful to have a small part in that story.

WHAT MATTERS TO ME

I'm grateful for
the gift of this work.

I'm so thankful I get to do what I do. There isn't a day that goes by without me thanking God for the gift He's given me: serving people, sharing hope, and helping students take their next step.
